Due to changing marina business demands and operations, the Port of Everett Marina official regulations, policies and procedures are being amended.
The proposed amendments have been fully vetted through the Marina Working Group, which met on April 19th, 2012, and modified accordingly.
The Port has committed to provide a 60 day notice on any rule changes before they go into effect. Click here for the tracked changes version of the rules and regulations.
Port staff will consider the comments received, and implement the new rules on July 16, 2012.
