The Port of Everett is committed to public accountability and open government. As a special-purpose municipal corporation, it is the policy of the Port of Everett to make available to the public any and all identifiable Port records, subject only to the exceptions contained by law. This policy is guided by the Washington State Public Records Act 42.56 RCW. Resolution 961 Port of Everett Public Records Policy. Resolution 962 appoints the public information officer.
If you would like to request public records of the Port of Everett, please fill out the Public Records Request Form. All formal requests must be submitted to the Port’s Public Information Officer Susan Brokaw in one of the following ways:

Once a request is received by Port staff, the Port will respond to the requestor within five business days. If the Port cannot fulfill the request, or needs additional time to respond, a statement will be issued to the requestor providing an explanation. The fee for copying records is $0.15 per page.
