Waterfront Center is located at 1205 Craftsman Way at the Port of Everett Marina. Waterfront Center has been renovated and expanded to provide services and amenities to Port customers.
History In September 2009, construction began on the Waterfront Center. The building, a 38,000 square foot concrete structure, is being expanded and remodeled into a 60,000 square foot structure to house marina services and offices, including the Port administration and marina staff. A two story lobby and 3,000 square foot multi-purpose room will also be included in the remodeled building. The project is designed by Everett’s 2812 Architecture, formerly Gary Parkinson Architects.
In April 2009, the Port awarded a lease brokering service contract to Eclipse Real Estate to locate and coordinate tenants for the expanded building.
The Port is marketing the building to a wide variety of marine sales, retail and marine services businesses to provide residents with yet another reason to visit the area. The remodel and addition of this building will cost approximately $9 million. The proposed marketing plan and leasable areas are expected to generate significant lease revenues to help offset the initial investment cost.
