August 2009:  Port Future's Group Property Recommendation

The Port of Everett owns about 3,000 acres of property, of which, 900 can be developed. This property includes 45 leases managed by Port staff.

Property and buildings owned by the Port include:

• Available Lease Space
• Waterfront Center
• Jetty Island
• Hewitt, Pacific and South Terminals
• North and South Marinas
• North Marina Site
• Baywood site
• Blue Heron Slough; aka Biringer Farm
• Union Slough site
• Riverside Business Park
• Acquiring the Mukilteo Tank Farm
• Marina offices
• Bond Street Building

The Port leases directly to users and also leases space to developers, who construct and lease buildings to users. The Port owns the 65-acre site for the Port Gardner Wharf project, which is currently being revisioned.
