The Port of Everett is located 25 miles north of Seattle on the Puget Sound (see map). The Port operates eight berths situated on approximately 100 acres of land, a bulk unloading facility, multi-purpose warehouse and is served by the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad.
Located one day closer to Asian Markets than California facilities, the Port of Everett handles a wide variety of cargoes including, but not limited to, aerospace parts for the local industry, heavy machinery, construction equipment, project cargo, bulk commodities and containerized commodities.
Furthermore, the Port of Everett’s annual maritime commerce activities generates $89.5 million in revenue to local businesses, $8.5 million in state and local taxes and firms that depend on the Port’s maritime activity made $133.2 million in purchases in the region.
The Port of Everett is currently undergoing a master planning process to help set the blueprint for future development at its terminals.
