The Port of Everett has demonstrated a consistent track record in its commitment to improving public access to the waterfront.
Approximately $13 million in public access improvements, $4 million of which were qualifying 2% projects per the Port Commission policy. Examples of access improvements include: North Marina waterfront esplanade, Pigeon Creek Public Access Trail and Viewpoint, Jetty Island Enhancements, 10th Street Park and Boat Launch Improvements, 12th Street Marina and walkway (the marina construction is not included in this figure), Jetty Island Dock, ADA docks at the North Marina, and much more.
