We appreciate your interest in doing business with the Port of Everett. The Port of Everett acquires equipment, materials and services in a manner that is consistent with statutory provisions of the Revised Code of Washington and which results in the most effective delivery of services considering not only cost but value received.
Types of Purchases The Port contracts for three basic types of purchases. To learn more about the types of purchases, click on the links below:
Vendor Lists The Port does not maintain vendor lists for materials, supplies, equipment and purchased services. Vendors are selected based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, pricing, experience, delivery capabilities, quality of service, past performance, etc. Requests for Quotes, Bids or Proposals are used for solicitations. For a list of current solicitations, visit the “Bids” page.
The Port does use a Small Works Roster for public works projects under $300,000. Visit the Public Works page for additional information on how to participate.
Bids Solicitations When the Port solicits bids or proposals, the solicitation documents are typically posted online to Builder’s Exchange of Washington (www.bxwa.com). A link to specific solicitation documents will be available in each advertisement.
