2016 Marina Rules & Regulations, effective June 1, 2016

Thank you for your business. In order to ensure a well-functioning marina, it is important that boaters read and adhere to all Marina Rules and Regulations. Following these rules will help keep the Port of Everett Marina a safe and enjoyable place for everyone. Here are some commonly observed practices boaters must abide by:

  • No swimming or water skiing within the marina
  • Diving within the marina is prohibited, except for divers working on vessels or floats, and only after checking in with the marina office
  • Drinking alcoholic beverages is prohibited, except in private vessels or in licensed premises
  • Pets must be kept on a leash or carried, and owners must clean up after them and dispose of waste in the dumpster

If you observe any violations, please contact the Marina Office at 425.259.6001. If it is after the normal work day, the Marina Office number will automatically connect you to security on duty 24 hours a day. If there is an emergency, call 911.
