Annual Boat Launch Pass Options

ANNUAL BOAT LAUNCH PASS OPTIONS & RATES
$225 – Annual Boat Launch Pass
$125 – Senior Boat Launch Pass (must be 60 or older and reside in Snohomish County)
FREE – Disabled Veterans Boat Launch Pass (must have Disabled Veteran’s Lifetime Pass, ID and reside in Snohomish County)

These boat launch pass options can be used seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year during regular boat launch access hours without limitation. All passes are valid for a 12-month period following purchase.


DIGITAL PASSES & ONLINE REGISTRATION
All boat launch passes are digital, and are purchased, issued and managed through an online portal. Digital passes are recognized using the passholder’s listed vehicle license plate number(s) on their account, and are monitored by the Port’s on-site parking management firm LAZ Parking using innovative license plate reader (LPR) technology.

HOW TO PURCHASE & MANAGE YOUR ANNUAL LAUNCH PASS

Boat launch passes are available for purchase using a bank card at LAZ Parking’s online portal. Simply click the button below, select the boat launch pass option you wish to purchase and follow the prompts to complete your purchase and registration. Through this online system you will be able to set up payment and add vehicle license plate numbers registered to you that will be utilizing the pass. Please note: only one (1) vehicle listed on the pass can be on-site at one time. Please note: If you already signed up for a boat launch pass in the previous year, your account will automatically renew.

Once complete, you will be issued your digital launch pass and provided a confirmation e-mail. Your pass will be active for 12 months, and if needed, you will be able to update your license plate information for your pass during this time. Your account information will be saved in the online portal, allowing for quick renewal in following years. If purchasing the Senior Boat Launch Pass, please note you’ll be required to send a copy of your WA State Driver’s License and WA State Boat Registration to LAZ Parking at Portparking@lazparking.com to verify your age and Snohomish County Residency.

No. All launch passes are digital with no physical pass needed to be displayed in or on your vehicle. All launch passes are purchased, issued and managed through LAZ Parking’s online portal. Digital passes are recognized using the passholder’s listed vehicle license plate number(s) on their account and monitored by the Port’s on-site parking management firm LAZ Parking using innovative license plate reader (LPR) technology.
Yes, your boat launch pass can be used during regular boat launch access hours, even during special events without limitation, in the designated Boat Launch Parking area. Your boat launch pass does not work as a parking pass in other designated Visitor lots throughout the waterfront.
