Port of Everett
Home MenuUse of Port Property
Thank you for considering the Port of Everett for your next event!
The purpose of Port public spaces is to provide public access, support Port business operations and facilitate community uses. In an effort to balance community access and private demand, the Port offers whenever possible, certain public spaces for community and private events when they do not overly restrict access by the general public or interfere with Port business operations. An approved Special Use Permit is required to reserve any Port property for a gathering of a large number of people. Special Use Permits are issued by the Port based on an evaluation of site availability, as well as the nature and duration of the proposed activity. Sites that may be available for special events are located throughout the marina. Special Use Permits allow Port management to schedule events to prevent conflicts and to understand use impacts and make necessary preparations (i.e. utilities, security).
To have your event considered, complete the following:
1. Review the Special Use Permits Policies, Procedures & Application Packet
2. Submit the application to the Port of Everett a minimum of 60 calendar days prior to your desired use date
3. Provide the required insurance documents
4. Provide any required permits, if applicable
(i.e. banquet permit, special occasion permit)
5. Pay a non-refundable $25 application processing fee
