Very Small Works Under $40,000 Insurance Requirements
Small Works (Public Works Between $40,001 - $300,000.00):
The Port maintains a Small Works Roster for Public Works contracting opportunities between $40,001 and $300,000.
To be eligible to work on our small public works projects, register your company for free and select "Port of Everett" in your account. For registration questions, contact MRSC Rosters at 206.625.1300 or by e-mail.
Major Construction (Public works equal to or more than $300,001):
Projects with estimated costs exceeding $300,001 are advertised in the
Everett Herald and
Daily Journal of Commerce. Bid documents are available at
SolicitBid.com.
Job Order Contracting (JOC)
The Port has one on-call public works contract also known as Job Order Contracts (JOC). This contract is with FORMA Construction, and requires 90% utilization of subcontractors. Below is FORMA's contact information if you are interested in applying to be considered for their subcontractor list.
