Project Location Map
Trail map of Riverside Business Park Segment E Connector

Segment E is one portion of a series of connected bicycle & walking paths that will provide shoreline public access in the Riverside Business Park. In 2015, the Port entered into a public access agreement with the City of Everett to provide shoreline access on this former Weyerhaeuser property.  Completion of Segment E was completed as part of the construction of the 8th Street Roadway Improvements and Segment I project.

Desired Outcome
Enhanced public access is one of the Port of Everett’s Strategic Initiatives. Completion of this trail segment brings us closer to full pedestrian access to a series of waterfront trails and a connected loop on the Everett shoreline.

Construction of Segment E of the Riverside Business Park shoreline trail system was completed in March 2018. Trails A, B, E and I are constructed and complete. Trails C, D, J, K, F and viewpoints G and H are permitted and going to bid later this year for construction in the first half of 2019.
