Waterfront Place Housing Development Fire Debris Removal, Rebuilding Now Underway

In mid-September, crews for developer team SeaLevel Properties and Gracorp began debris removal from the four alarm fire that took place in July at the south building of the Waterfront Place Apartments housing development. Let the rebuilding begin!The North building is still on track for a summer 2021 opening.
